In rugby, which is lightyears ahead of football in its use of a TMO, the ref makes an

onfield decision which the TMO then has to find conclusive evidence to the contrary to overrule.

They don't get everything right in rugby, whilst a lot of calls (particularly regarding head contact) are subjective and opinions will therefore differ, but it's like night and day compared with the use of tech in football.
