There are definitely some huge red flags......

Last year it was all about having a new inexperienced coach, playing this one certain way and sticking with it regardless of results.

Now its all about having an experienced Championship coach and a more changeable/flexible and pragmatic style to get results.

TBF I like the new ideas much more than the old ones.
