When Knapper says that Grimshaw suits our style of play

Isn’t that a bit odd? Do we actually have a style of play given that we have a new coach, players, season etc. Or is it that the playing out from the back is the sole constant while everything else changes around it?

Is it that Knapper has decided on the style and hires the coach most appropriate - and which means that I finally understand the role and that the coach is definitely not the creator.
