I think its a bit of stretch to call PP a champs manager since 2021...

he hasnt managed 1 game in the champs.
Farke would be a better example as his two seasons were actually in the champs.

Regardless I think the average is in the 41-47 week range, lets call it 1 year..........

And we give our new coach a 4 year deal.

Again, I don't know the terms of the deal and it may include minimum performance metrics that gives us the opportunity to terminate early.

Imagine we were bottom 3 in November, losing nearly every game. (ala Peter Grant) , you would hope they have something in place to terminate early.
