This could end up very expensive for the club what with compensation for Manning and his backroom staff plus 4 year contracts.

Saying all that I do like the appointment as it brings the one thing we have been clearly missing at the club.
Experience in the EFL.

I would like to see us buy a few more Lg1 and Lg2 type player prospects instead of shelling 9 million on some foreign player who we cant even get on the pitch.
