Interesting this was the exact criticism that comes through a lot of the Bristol city forum thread on his tactics, that it can be very methodical and scripted and because it's the same as what most other teams do, the opposition tend to know what is coming and it's just a case of waiting for someone to make a mistake or lapse concentration.

However, good to hear that this isn't what he wants to do. Although, tbf, I think having patterns for players in transitions can be useful
