The New Meadow was the 1st english club to fit (the proper) rail seats in 1 of its stands

in the 17/18 season.

we visited on new year's day 2019 and i picked up the flu freezing my arse off stood in front of a row of those rail seats.

the company that fitted our budget bolt-on hand rails is the same company that produced their proper european-style lockable system and the picture on the website is of the south stand at the new meadow.

btw, there's a decent pub just over the bridge and down the road a bit from the ground. cant remember the name but it was a biggun.
