Should be divided equally amongst chumps teams

I mean generally the rest of the world is starting to say what we’ve said for many years about the unsustainable gap which is widening every year. More needs to trickle down the whole pyramid but to the champs in particular to help ameliorate that. I doubt this new football regulator will do anything but they should in my oh so humble.
