In areas which produce fish, they should be

In other areas, which is most of them, they'll be saying this is a betrayal of brexit woke kippers selling out good old English bloaters etc etc

The proof of the pudding is, does it help bring some growth and is that then used intelligently to invest in those areas and address concerns which drive people to extremist parties? Are people's lives tangibly better/easier?

I'm not impressed by this government so far but this is certainly a good step, imho, though on its own it doesn't do much; but it enables good things and hopefully is the first in a series of such agreements.
