I'm not arguing that Hargreaves is crap...I don't believe he is

but its horses for courses, we need to play a formation with a holding mid for him to be effective, then I think I would pick Gerrard over him in that position for England and maybe Jol would see the same for Spurs in that there are players that bring more to the position than just defence
