Would Microsoft's AI kindly f**k the f**k off

I can't seem to click anywhere in Word or Excel without a popup coming - would I like Co-Pilot to assist me with my drafting, did I want to reformat that block of cells in a style I have never used, not even a f**king Mary option. It's worse than that f**king paperclip c**t "hello it looks like you're plotting to overthrow the Parish Council, shall I assist with that", why can't I just write my stuff and do my numbers the way I always have and am happy doing without it sticking its artificial f**king beak in where it's very much not welcome?

Other than that, passably pleasant day so far.
