Surely it would make sense to bring in a proven pragmatic coach.

But the problem is I'm not sure anyone knows what they are doing.
Everybody lacks experience.

It's fair enough if you have a track record of recognizing unknown coaches and having success.

Knapper talks like he thinks the squad we had this season was a top 6 squad.
The man is clearly deluded and as I have suggested before, there is almost zero point in building a squad to scrape into 6th place.

The chances of a 6th place team getting promoted are very slim.

IMHO we now have a mindset of a conveyer belt club.
We are looking to highlight and shop window players to sell every season even if it's at the expense of results.
The Sarge and Sainz stats this season looks amazing.....yet we weren't even close.
