Nice work

That is a lot of weight to drop for anyone!

It becomes significantly more challenging to lose excess weight when you reach your late 50s.

I've been doing 8-10 hours of cycling and running a week, plus eating 500 calories less than I'm using each day for 5 weeks, and have only managed to shift 5lbs so far.

Just 4 more to go!
