tbf old people do deserve a lot of s**t

They are the main ones moaning endlessly about immigration when it is overwhelmingly because of them that we have it. They want good NHS service, care homes, their triple lock pension etc but totally lack the self awareness that immigrants are the ones providing that, both in terms of economic activity and providing the services themselves. Without large numbers of immigrants the services they depend on would collapse very quickly. In fact about the only thing that could materially reduce immigration would be if everyone over 75 dropped dead tomorrow. They shouldn't have to do that so they should be grateful for immigrants. High immigration is obviously not ideal but all the alternatives are significantly worse.
