Volvo definitely offer a service plan

Have you got the Volvo app? You can buy it on there. It was more expensive via the app though than the price I got from my local dealer.

You could ring some other dealers and ask about the Volvo service plan, it doesn't require you to have the car serviced at any particular dealer.
