GON, Steevee G, Wayne Rooney all had foreign ancestors so they have to be out. Russell Martin identified as foreign so he is out. Dyche has Belgian / German dyke digging ancestors so he is out.

That whittles it down a little.

We would then require some DNA testing to be performed on the remainder of the candidates to 100% confirm that they are 100% English, and therefore have no ancestors from Scandinavia, France, Italy, Germanic tribes or any other foreign weirdos.
