If I were the US owners I’d want someone with a solid track record not someone who (and I heard all these voiced today) the players like, who brought back the smile on players faces with music on the training pitches, who will be impressive due to his previous playing career in recruiting new players and learnt “his trade” from Arteta. This is all bull. If you’re recruiting the right person then it should be based on statistical evidence of success.
