I don’t know. In any case we wouldn’t have been promoted and the football would have been less entertaining, so even if the answer is yes I’m glad we sacked him.

Was really disappointed by the way. He seems a nice chap, has obviously had success before and although during his tenure it was suggested that his previous teams all played quite negatively, I don’t remember that at all at least not Huddersfield.

When he was hired I was 100% certain he was the right guy and the natural replacement for Farke.

I think our biggest mistake was the combination of firing Farke and hiring Smith. Not so much h Wagner. We were already on a loser at that point.
