Last opportunity for me to chug you all (promise)

Joking apart, Mrs APB has run a minimum of a mile a day all month and raised a goodly amount of money for Dementia UK. My father has been suffering with dementia for over a year now, so I appreciate greatly the support that organisations like that give, as I’m sure many of you also do.
