Came in with almost guarantee of the managers job

at some point, if true how can you run a club like that?
Was JHT just a stop gap appointment, they couldn’t get who they wanted so just bought him in to fill a hole.
No real experience probably cheap and wasn’t allowed his own team of background staff doesn’t exactly look great
