Imagine the horror with Man Utd, Spurs and West Ham

down the bottom this season if the three promoted teams could compete. Would have been lovely to to see one of those relegated, they want a closed shop and they have sorted the rules to get it.
Haven’t got a clue how to sort it unless they give the promoted teams a bigger chunk of cash but again they don’t want that so football will continue to stagnate
