I wonder how many seaasons of the three promoted teams getting relegated will it take for the media / PL to accept their is a structural problem? The narrative tends to always focus on the idea that the clubs have f**ked it up, and of course some do, but this does point to the much deeper issues.

Also, I am not sure what they do about it. Basically they need to give the EPL more money to narrow the gap but that seems deeply unlikely.
