Called it

Apparently there's an unusually high volume of calls right now, though my call is very important to them, and they're kindly playing the same five bars of "Spring" by Vivaldi on repeat while I wait.

Only been four hours so far, hopefully I either get through soon or I get the next few bars of the Vivaldi at least.
