there's inexperience and there's inability

I think we can allow a coach to learn on the job about some things, eg English football and the championship in particular.

Equally I think we have a right to expect a coach to have the basic skills of being, well, a coach.

Poor communication and poor player development are not weaknesses we should be tolerating.
