Duffy until December was excellent, I thought
Fisher - now England U21
Crnac - several goals and assists (too many injuries) and often good play (my opinion, I'm allowed it)
Chrisene was improving, then injured, Forson too
Sainz was amazing until *the incident*, a definite improvement on last season
However, since the new year I agree it all seems to have unravelled. There was progress, but it's reversed - how can that happen? The only thing I can think is to refer back to my job as a teacher (and there are similarities) - if that happened in a class or even a small group of kids, you would have to reconsider the methods you were using or the content of the lessons. The other factors could be external events either caused by something you did, or possibly beyond your control (like a serious bullying incident, class dynamics etc). In all of these situations you do need a kind of reset, I think. But in schools (and most places of work tbf) you don't just sack the teacher, they have to solve the problem.
