1) how are there no comments under that (must've locked them off)

& 2) Nigel really wanted his name stamped all over that (it's a straight copy & paste, i only edited out the adverts and adjusted some linebreaks to display it clearly (most are left as is, with a gap pretty much between each sentence, but i guess they do that to add to the scroll so that they can fit more ads on the page)
