I am surprised I haven’t seen or heard mention of

todays decision possibly being part influenced by conversations between certain players and Knapper regarding their contracts/futures. As in too many players siting Hoff as a reason not to commit their future to the club because they don’t believe in him and his ways.
It won’t be THE reason for sacking him but it may have hastened the decision
