It’s a fair point

The alignment between Sporting Director and Head Coach is crucial. The lack of a competent reserve goalkeeper has just been bizarre, as it was so obvious coming into the season that we didn’t have one. We conceded 8 goals in 2 games this weekend.

Getting a new head coach in and being totally aligned on recruitment strategy is going to be crucial.
