We never seem to get it right

we had too little experience in our Farke PL sojourns, but we then brought it in for the Championship, without really working on what the right experience was. Shane Duffy feels like this season's Gary O'Neill - no real allegiance to the club. Hanley probably served that role best, but he definitely seemed to be out of favour.
