Smells nice though 😊

I was happy to give him a chance based on the potential in the squad and the injuries / suspensions.

But it's clear now that he wasn't really up to it - which is a shame. The last two games were clanging alarm bells that rang far more loudly than ever before.

In a month I went from 'give him time', to 'hmmm', to 'this looks a bit f**ked mate'.

The end came quickly.
