Sadly C21 was never once convinced by the Hoff appointment

Hence my suggestion he would be gone in November. In fact, he did well to last this long. Forson saved him for another few months with that late double v Coventry, as I was in the process of typing "Hoff out" then, and once I do that it's game over.

I know lots of people bought into him and were excited because he was an unknown foreign name who had done well with another unknown team, but my first impressions on seeing him interviewed were that he was very "meh". Uninspiring. Then his assistant appeared to be a chemistry teacher and I was even more concerned.

I think Norwich should come to me and Mikey before appointing the next chap. Do not appoint Jack.
