It's the easiest thing in the world to play attacking, possession based football these days. Stopping the opponents, who, contrary to popular belief can be quite good at this level, is a much harder job.

He showed no signs of being able to organise a defensive shape and the players clearly didn't buy into it either.

A silly appointment all round.
