Well that seems like a shame in a way

He tried to play the way we would like to play but seemed to fail to find a balance or find players who could reliably pass the ball ten yards on the edge of their own area.

Please God don't let the next guy be a Dean Smith equivalent. You need a solid spine of a team and then you need to play some good football to get out of this league.

Also a number 9 who can hold the ball up and don't rely on an alcoholic centre half to be your playmaker most of the time
