Back from the game

That was as bad a performance I’ve seen at Championship level since the Glenn Roeder season. That this performance came from a team of players we’ve spent money on and not a team full of over-the-hill loanees makes it more frustrating. Maybe the Portsmouth performance was worse but you’d expect some kind of response after a result like that and there was absolutely no motivation or interest at all.

We’ll lose Sargeant, Sainz and Nunez over the Summer. Aside from Schwartau and Fisher, who are young and promising, and Onel and Kenny (who, if nothing else, have some desire to play for the club and are passionate people to have in the dressing room), I don’t want to see a single one of those players in a Norwich shirt again.
