oh and I've pulled out of that event as it clashed with a conference I have to attend here at work but I've still got to do something by the end of the year. I Probably wouldn't haven't been quite fit enough. Still got about another stone and a half to lose. Aiming to do something for MacMillan by the end of the year - well I have to really or I'll get stick here!
