We're mid-table in the Championship which, more or less, has been our standing for the

past 30 years.

What does the club want to be? Sure, we can change the manager as soon as it seems not to be working, and every so often our ducks will all line up and we will get a season or two in the Prem. But we will ultimately end up back where we are now.

So, if we have a philosophy, let's stay true to it until it's absolutely clear that it isn't working before sacking it all off and moving on to the next one.
