Robbo's self destructive alcoholism and attitude - and the distinctive twin lead with Scott Gorham, as you say. He did five studio albums with them: Nightlife, Fighting, Jailbreak as you say, Johnny the Fox & Bad Reputation plus Live and Dangerous (78). Kris says his drinking escalated after The Boys Are Back in Town when he was thrown out mid 78. Kris also mentions Wild Horses with Rainbow's Jimmy Bain (self titled in 80 & Stand Your Ground in 81).
