His guitarist Brian Robbo Robertson joined Motörhead for just the one album, the one I linked to, after Fast Eddie Clarke quit and as drummer Phil Philthy Animal Taylor was a massive Thin Lizzy fan. Robbo hated Motörhead but soon realised there was plenty of musicality underneath the noise. He tried to push Lemmy's buttons by wearing hot pants & loafers on stage rather than fit the heavy rocker get-up. It was a departure for Motörhead but stands the test of time.

Swans, I've liked what I've heard over the years, but never seen them live. Still got my old moulded factory in-ear noise cancellers, so perhaps I'll keep them handy if I make it to one of their gigs...
