It find it bizarre how much people.........

overestimate the worth of a coach and underestimate the value of the SD, recruitment team and owners at any club.

Any time things go wrong its always the coach or managers fault.

(HINT:its mostly the players)

Is the best coach in the world going to turn poor players into Barcelona.....of course not but the best coaches never put themselves in those positions. (they take plum jobs with world class players and deep financial recruitment)
