Personally I'm tired of summer rebuild after summer rebuild

Seems like every year now we 'rebuild' which basically translates to: sell your best players for a cut price and buy up some more Romanian 4th division crap. It doesn't work and isn't effective for progressing as a club. We have to keep our best players AND build on them if we're going to have a good 25/26 season
