Is she the most senior figure in the club. Does knapper report to her? These are basics in the structure that need clarifying. If she is the most senior person, she should set out the strategy to support the owners’ vision.

I was of the understanding that the club’s ambition was to be a top 26 club. A very underwhelming ambition, but at least it was a clear target. As then we can be certain that we have fallen short on it this season and therewfoee need to understand the reasons for that and how to make changes to achieve it.
