When a manager sets no targets is it any wonder it's such a mess on the pitch

At least someone at the club showing some ambition or standards. What are the rest of them up to. Just plodding along for 46 games hoping for the best. Have to question why fans bother paying their money each week for such a low ambition manager and sporting director.
