Like Farke in the Premier League, I don’t think Thorup is the problem.

For the last four years, we’ve paid good money to shady car salesmen who have seen us coming a mile off and have told us we’re getting a Ferrari when we’re actually buying a 1986 Datsun. Until our recruitment team start learning the difference between one and the other, we’re going to struggle.
