Strange bit in here in Delap

User Posted Link suggesting that competition could drive Delap's price above £30m. It obviously can't. Scum have to accept any bids of £30m so no one will offer more.

Competition could well drive up the wages for Delap - as should his release fee being below market value (which it probably is a bit? Leeds got £40m for Rutter).
