It's frankly absurd that you would ignore qualified applicants because they were Black, White or Asian.
I'm sure Pakistani applicants are also banned.

Isnt discrimination wrong regardless?

Genuine question, is this legal in the UK?...not sure it would be in a lot of western countries?
