895🏒🥅... The Gr8 Ovi beats Gretzky's record

They said it could never be done, even Ovechkin himself said it was impossible.

Yesterday Alex Ovechkin beat Wayne Gretzky's all time NHL scoring record, netting his 895th goal in his 1,487th game for the Washington Capitals (the same number of games it took Gtretzky to reach 894).

I was lucky enough to see the Gr8 Ovi play and score back in 2010.
