A strong connection

Dear Canaries.
Sunderland fan here. I need some help. An old friend of mine passed away last week. We bonded over football 50 yrs ago. He was a lifelong City fan and our first excursion together to Carrow Road all those years ago involved hitching from the midlands to the game. It took us 2 days!.
I would like to know who at the club I could contact to ask for some recognition of his passing at our upcoming fixture. It would mean a lot to his family
