I found it very useful.
It confirms my view that this is a super risky strategy and that the risk/reward for residents of the US (like me) doesn't make sense.
My expectation is that this weekend, the entire world trading order will start to be rewritten, and the US will begin to be 'worked around' by the rest of the world. This will inevitably mean the loss of the $ as the reserve currency.
As the presenter correctly summarizes, no country will want to be a vassal state of an unpredictable country like the US has suddenly become.
If/when that happens, the US will enter a depression, and families like mine will be the ones to suffer.
There is a term in economics, 'Jam now or Jam later,' i.e., you typically need to endure some type of pain before reaping the benefits (like Greece's austerity program after 2009).
My worry is that the downside to the US may be devastating and permanent.
