I believe the results have as much to do with the players

as the manager, Duffy is not a role model i’d want at the club his indiscretions must cause some disruption to the squad. Gunn looks to be on his way, i’d hope he’d be a good enough pro to not just go through the motions. McClean is a player on a downward spiral who i can’t see motivating anyone on or off the pitch.
That’s 3 very important players who probably the biggest influence over the team and i’m not sure i’d trust that they are doing that at the moment.
I’m not sure any manager would come in and change that at the moment, i’d love the manager to drop all three and try some different options but as his job is in trouble now can’t see that happening.
