What I have been saying about our current set up at Norwich.

Manager/Coach.... Never coached at this level or have any kind of track record....

Sporting Director....No track record of doing the job he is currently employed in....

Owners....No track record of running a football club.....

A number of people are nodding along to everything going on.....
